I am Karina Moritzen, a PhD candidate currently working on in-game concerts, ludomusical performance and hyperpop. Through a cotutelle agreement, I am currently enrolled in a PhD in Musicology at the University of Oldenburg and in Communication at the Universidade Federal Fluminense. My PhD thesis “Playing with In-game Concerts: Ludomusical Performance, Scenes and Hyperpop” has just been submitted. I am also a research associate at the University of Oldenburg as part of the RECOMPOSE AI project.
